Consultancy is supplied in two ways: you can either opt for an On-site Consultancy Block; or you can purchase ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
On-site Consultancy Blocks
Consultancy Blocks are ideal if your company has limited in-house computer skills. Rather than call out a consultant each and every time a minor problem occurs, they may be booked for a certain number of hours - during which time all current issues can be resolved. This is proven to be the most cost-effective method of purchasing consultancy.These pre-paid blocks offer a discount on quantity of hours purchased and can be used over an unlimited period of time.
