Centric Solutions can provide two routes to a comprehensive collection and delivery service throughout the UK mainland. Both methods give total flexibility to Insurers and Retailers alike.Engineer Collection / Delivery
This service is designed for customers who would feel more comfortable with their computer equipment being collected by one of our own engineering team. This service can be pre-arranged with the customer for a convenient time and place. It is best suited to larger items such as PCs, Printers and Monitors.
Secure Technical Courier
This service is used for the collection and delivery of items needing a Return to Base repair, such as Laptops and PDAs. It provides the customer with a technical courier service to collect and deliver the customers equipment in a secure, hardened “flight case”. The case is secured with tamper-evident zip tags which are secured by the customer themselves, thus providing peace of mind that only they have had access to their equipment during its’ transit to and from Centric Solutions. Again this service can be pre-arranged at the customers’ convenience.
