- We have a team of highly experienced field service engineers equipped with all the necessary skills to provide customers with a quick and efficient service. These engineers cover all areas of the UK mainland.
- Our engineers have excellent customer facing skills and are well versed in managing customers’ expectations and needs. Engineers have the ability to carry out all aspects of field service from set-up and installation to full-blown assessment and repair.
- All of our engineers are directly employed by Centric and all carry a full complement of “boot stock” of most commonly used parts (HDDs, RAM, PSUs etc.) in order to effect repairs on customer site.
- All engineers travel in unmarked vehicles and therefore every Client can be represented without compromising their identity.
