Our field service engineers carry ample stocks of the most commonly used spare parts and are fully equipped with a range of manufacturer recommended diagnostic tools for rapid, accurate fault identification.
Sometimes an on-site fix is not necessarily the best solution, so our workshop team who specialise in component level repairs is always available to provide the necessary backup. Specialising in component level repairs provides Centric Solutions with great flexibility when it comes to repair solutions. Maintenance companies’ repair turnarounds are normally determined by the availability of manufacturer spare parts. Unfortunately this means that if the part is not available the equipment cannot be repaired. This is not the case at Centric Solutions.
