Out of Hours Support
For Added ReassuranceStandard Support Hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. However, because we understand that some system changes can only be made outside normal working hours, we realise that during these times many companies need the reassurance of knowing that their support company is available to help if necessary.
Centric Solutions will be placed on-call during the period requested. If you call upon our on-site assistance during that period the Out of Hours callout and subsequent hour charges will apply.
Centric Solutions can be placed on-call during:
- Operating System upgrades
- Application upgrades
- Hardware upgrades
- System migrations
