Again, flexibility is the key to the support packages we offer for software problem solving. You can have the option of an Annual Contract or, if you prefer, the purchase of a Telephone Support Block Contract as detailed below.
All we need before placing a new customer site on a software support contract is a complete list of the software programs involved, including version and release numbers. Under your contract you are guaranteed a response from our Technical Support Team within one hour from the time a call for assistance is logged.
