Customised Call Management System

Centric Solutions run a seperate call tracking system for each of their clients.  This will be customised to include customer-defined fields that can be included in a variety of reports to enable us to extrapolate accurate and concise data relating to your claims.  We can also provide reports on a regular basis that monitor our own performance.
We realize that some insurers and retailers need the repair element of their organization to fall under their own company name and image.  So we have the ability to make Centric Solutions’ involvement in the process invisible to the customer.  We can design all of our paperwork to fit in with the clients’ corporate image, answer the dedicated support line using the clients name and if an engineer is sent to site he will arrive in his unmarked vehicle and introduce himself as being from the client company.
